We cannot fit Mercedes Sprinters in our workshop so we dont offer a service for it, Vito and citan only.

We do not carry out 3rd party warranty work repairs.

During a service we will check your vehicle’s history via the service booklet or the digital service book (DSB) to ensure you are having the correct service and to check for any additional items that may be required due to age or milage of the vehicle. This will ensure your car is being serviced to Mercedes standards.

Additional items are Brake fluid, Gearbox service, spark plugs, fuel filter, differential oil, wiper blades, adblue (P.O.A)

A/C Service – These two services are classed as minor services, this will included Engine oil, oil filter, top up all fluids and our 40 point health check and report.  Additional items maybe required.

B/D Service – These services are classed as major services, this will include Engine oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, top up all fluids and our 40 point health check and report. Additional items maybe required.

Health check – Our 40 point health check is a mechanical evaluation of the vehicle, including all major components such as – brakes, tyres, suspension and exhaust etc. This report is carried with all our servicing. If any faults with the above are found you will be informed of the findings with an estimated cost for work required.

We use 5/40w fully synthetic Genuine Mercedes 229.5 engine oil with all our Petrol vehicles and 5/30w 229.51/52 for our diesel vehicles.

AMG vehicles us either 5w/40 Mercedes or 0w/40 Mercedes AMG 229.5 both fully synthetic oils depending on vehicle and customer preference if 0w/40 is required it is charged at an addtional rate.

Some older models will require 10/40w which is also included in our service charge.
