We bought a car in December and had issues with the brakes, we got a full check – up, they also procured for us the part missing for unlocking the wheels (we weren’t even aware it was missing).
The car was ready next day early morning.
Lovely service and the costs are affordable.

Second time I’ve been here to get my Mercedes sorted. I initially went to the main dealer who kept messing me about and asking for more money.
I booked in to get a DPF and brakes done. I got a smart car, on arrival they suggested that they do diagnostics before putting on the part. I was then called at work after they had spent a significant amount of time and told they were not happy to fit the part as it wouldn’t fix the problem. They suggested something else instead. It cost me £900 less than changing the DPF. They didn’t charge me the time taken to find fault.
If you have a merc and need work done use this place! They use genuine Mercedes parts and great customer service!
